Dubidu surveys have a broad variety of usings. Our customers have found a great value in asking customers or users in an easy and direct way. Ask the users on your website
DR wanted to test the user.s opinions on the content and structure of their website. The survey was done as a pop-up window for all users entering the front page of dr.dk. As one of the most visited website in Denmark almost 7000 surveys was completed in 24 hours.

This is a great way of obtaining great information about the nature of the users of your website. These users are often very frequent users and have a deep knowledge about the site and its content. Customers like Infosport, Arla Foods and Viborg Kommune has used dubidu in the same way to map the opinions on site quality in functionality and content.
ISS Catering emphasize on delivering fine quality and high service to its customers. This is why we frequently verify the user satisfaction with the canteen by using surveys.

We have in collaboration with dubidu developed a template for doing surveys on the web. Our main demand was fast roll-out and possibilities of adjusting the surveys for the individual canteens.

The survey itself is developed by the analysis department of ISS in collaboration with ISS Catering. When a survey analysis is completed a custom report developed by dubidu will automatically be generated. The report is saved and a printed or emailed version is delivered to our customers when needed. It has been a great value to us that we have gotten a tool, which is customized to our needs.

The developed solution has resulted in a cheaper and faster way of doing survey analysis.

A well defined target group is asked by email
ISS Catering takes care of lunch for a lot of different companies each day. To verify the satisfaction of the canteens, ISS has created a survey which is send by email to all users in each company. This way ISS ensures to target a very specific target group of canteen users

At ISS, the responsible chief of canteen receives a custom developed report, which furthermore automatically draws the two winners for prices for participating in the survey. It is always a great idea to motivate to answer the surveys by putting up a price.
